Team Headshot Pricing

On-location team headshot rates are tiered based on quantity of people/images needed. Session fee is $350 plus per image pricing:

1 to 4 people: $150 per image
5-20 people: $120 per image
20 or more people: $100 per image
More than 30 people? Contact us for a quote.

Need a group portrait as well? Need more than one image per person? Contact us for an accurate quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you match my company’s look?: Yes! We’re very familiar with brand standards and the need to have a consistent look no matter where the photo is taken. Provide us with the image guidelines and we’ll take it from there!
What if I have less than five people needing team headshots?: We have a minimum price for on-location portraits. Only have four people? We can include a group shot or an additional image for the same price. There’s always the option of individual Express Headshot sessions in the studio as well. Contact us for more information.
What if we need more lifestyle/branding images too?: We can definitely accommodate that! We can include headshots in our branding sessions if you need a library of images, or we can custom design a package that will provide exactly what you need. Contact us for details.
What if a team member can't make the headshot session date?: We understand how hard it is to coordinate schedules! Individuals who cannot make the on-location session date can always come to the studio at a later date. We'll work to provide a solution that meets your needs.
