Depending on what you’re trying to accomplish with the photos, this answer can vary. There are a lot of things to consider, including what direction the building faces, is the building occupied or empty, is it in an urban location that’s high traffic, does the parking lot need to be empty, etc. Sometimes there’s landscape lighting you want to capture, or maybe you want that “blue hour” look that only happens at certain times of day. These are all things we’ll talk over in our consultation call to make sure we come up with the best plan for your specific building(s).

Because we frequently work with firms in the A/E/C industry, we know the value of being flexible. Sometimes the property just isn’t ready when the shoot is scheduled and we need to move the date. We understand how the industry works and can accommodate most situations.

Proofs of the images are usually ready within 3 business days. Final images (retouched, if applicable) are typically delivered within 10 business days of final selections.
