Event Headshot Station - Pricing

Headshot stations are priced for half-day (up to 4 hours) or full-day (up to 8 hours) coverage. Includes individual file renaming with participant names and an optional list of headshot station participants after the event. We can even feature your company logo on the signup form and signage (great for sponsors).

Headshot Station (half/full day): $2650 / $5000

Includes professional lighting and background, easy check in, and an assistant to help with signing up and getting ready. You have the option for instant email delivery of unretouched images or proofs, or delivery via group gallery.

Professional Image Retouching (half/full day): $800 / $1500

One retouched final image per person. Retouching includes removing stray hairs, fixing blemishes, reducing shine, brightening eyes, whitening teeth, removing glasses glare.

Add-ons available:

Second Headshot Station (half/full day): $2000/$4000
Professional Hair & Makeup Touchup Station (half/full day): $1000/$2000
